I love this store. Wonderful staff, great selection and prices. I also use the dog wash and VIP clinic.
The staff is always extremely helpful and polite, especially a young man named Gus. Unfortunately I had to only give 3 stars because whoever is supposed to order the bulk pet food, (we have 2 rabbits and 2 birds), isn't doing a very good job at it it's always empty and we've been forced to take our business elsewhere
I've been to this location various times. Today will be my last... My experience visiting there has been very unpleasant. Word of caution, I must advise that their fish department is stocked with many dead and sick fish.
Yes any store that sells gold fish may have ick but I have 3 jack Dempsey 3 oscar and 1 electronic blue acara and I applied the ick treatment from their store to my tank and they are huge now buying fish from here takes special treatment like a used car.however this is where I go for all of my tank supplies so learn the fundamentals of fish tanks before we bag on the place .
